What is included in the private tour of Mull?
- Your private tour includes a personalised guided experience around the Isle of Mull in a cosy 2004 Honda Jazz. Fuel, commentary, filtered water, a wee whisky dram and a friendly driver (me!) are all part of the package. Meals are not included.
How many people can join the tour?
- The 2004 Honda Jazz comfortably seats up to 3 passengers (plus me as the driver). It’s perfect for small groups, couples, or solo travellers looking for an intimate tour experience.
How long do the tours last?
- Tours can range from 6-10 hours depending on the itinerary.
Where do we start and end the tour?
- Pick-up and drop-off are flexible! I can start from your accommodation on Mull, the ferry terminal in Tobermory, or another agreed-upon location. We’ll finish wherever suits you best.
Is the 2004 Honda Jazz comfortable for a tour?
- Absolutely! My trusty Jazz is compact but surprisingly spacious, with comfy seats and plenty of legroom for a small group. It’s well-maintained, reliable, and perfect for Mull’s winding roads. Plus, it’s got character!
What should I bring on the tour?
- Bring a camera, comfortable clothing, and weather-appropriate gear (Mull’s weather can be unpredictable!). I would also recommend walking shoes.
Are the tours suitable for all ages?
- Yes but no children under the age of 12. The tours are tailored to your group’s needs, so they’re great for families, seniors, or anyone who can hop in and out of a car. The Jazz isn’t modified for accessibility, so please let me know if you have specific mobility requirements.
Can I customise the tour itinerary?
- Definitely! Whether you’re keen on history, nature, photography, or just relaxing, I’ll work with you to create the perfect route. Just let me know your interests when booking.
What happens if it rains?
- Rain is part of Mull’s charm! The Honda Jazz keeps us dry, and we can adjust the tour to include more indoor stops (like a cosy cafe) or focus on scenic drives if the weather turns wet.
How do I book a tour?

Is the Honda Jazz insured and safe?
- Yes, my 2004 Honda Jazz is fully insured with private hire insurance, regularly serviced, and roadworthy. Safety is my top priority, and I drive carefully to ensure you enjoy the journey. I also hold a private hire license from our local council Argyll and Bute.
Can we stop for photos or breaks?
- Of course! The tour is yours—feel free to request stops for photos, a stretch, or a quick coffee. The Jazz makes it easy to pull over at Mull’s many breathtaking viewpoints.
What’s the cancellation policy?
- If you cancel 31 days or more before your tour a 75% refund will be issued
- If you cancel 30 days before your tour you will no refund will be issued. By this time we will have already allocated resources to your tour.
- If you do not show no refund will be issued.

Can I reschedule?
If you need to change your tour date, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. This may incur an extra booking fee.
